A Gatsby dinner, a winter setting or a mystery around the table: Roll Nook brings your theme into the welcome, décor and programme. We organise New Zealand events for up to 150 guests and up to eight hours.

Choose selected styling around a focal area or add hosting and more detailed production. We use the venue’s existing furniture, architecture and features as the starting point.

The starting mystery format uses an established story, one host, clue sequences, printed prompts and selected reusable props. The host guides the reveals, with pauses for dinner or conversation.

Choose the tone and how much character involvement your guests will enjoy. Invitation guidance explains any preparation and optional costumes. Additional actors, bespoke writing and elaborate sets are available as additions.

Selected props, table details and a focal area form the starting styling package. Custom builds, performers, specialist lighting and larger installations add further detail.

Share venue photographs and installation times. The design needs to leave clear routes, comfortable seating and usable space for guests. Outdoor or multi-zone events also need a weather alternative.

Themed styling and coordination starts from NZ$2,200, with a typical planning range of NZ$2,200–6,500. The starting format covers up to 30 guests and approximately three hours.

Hosted murder mysteries start from NZ$2,000, with a typical planning range of NZ$2,000–5,000. The starting format covers 20–30 guests, approximately 2½ hours and one host.
