These indicative budgets cover the starting formats below. Each assumes an Auckland venue with straightforward access and existing furniture. Events can run for up to 150 guests and eight hours, with larger or longer programmes priced individually.

Your final price depends on the date, venue and selected elements. You will receive the total, including any applicable GST, before accepting a booking.

Duration	Setup and collection are separate from programme time. Longer hosting and late collection affect staffing.
Venue & access	Stairs, restricted loading, limited power and short installation windows can require extra crew or equipment.
Production & styling	Custom sets, specialist lighting, performers and technical operators add to the production budget.
Location	Events beyond Auckland can involve travel, freight, accommodation and local suppliers.
Personalised content	Company questions, custom scripts, artwork and branding add preparation and production time.

Send your date, venue or city, guest count and preferred format. A budget range helps us focus on the elements that matter most to you.

Your proposal lists the services, exclusions, total price, payment dates and cancellation terms. Your booking is confirmed once it is accepted and the required payment is made. Changes to the event and price are recorded in writing.

When is payment due?

Your proposal or invoice lists the amounts, due dates and payment method. The website does not take card payments.
