The event format
Roll Nook provides offline themed entertainment and event production. Casino-style tables use play chips or points with no cash value. No real money is staked, and no cash or real-world-value prize is awarded based on play. The service has no online casino, betting facility, wallet or gambling account.
Our 20+ business policy
Our events are for participants aged 20 and over as a business policy. Organisers should make that requirement clear in invitations and confirm an appropriate guest-access process with us and the venue. We do not request identity documents through the website enquiry form.
A venue may have its own age, identification, alcohol and access requirements.
Comfortable participation
Hosts explain the activities in an approachable way. Guests may participate, observe or spend time in the social areas. We encourage organisers to provide comfortable alternatives and avoid presenting participation as compulsory.
Tell us about access or sensory considerations when planning the event. We can discuss table layout, seating, instructions, pacing and other adjustments, then confirm what is feasible for the selected venue and programme. Please share only the information needed to understand the requirement.
Planning with the venue
The organiser, venue and event team should agree arrival arrangements, clear movement routes, capacity and the programme’s finish time. Any alcohol service belongs to the venue or separately appointed caterer’s arrangements; no alcohol licence is implied for Roll Nook.
If a guest’s conduct or the venue conditions create a concern, the event team may pause the relevant activity and work with the organiser and venue on a reasonable response. The aim is a comfortable, well-managed occasion.
