The typical planning range is NZ$1,200–4,000. The starting format is a hosted quiz for up to 40 guests over approximately two hours, using existing tables and a venue screen where needed.
It includes a host, prepared rounds, standard response materials and basic audio where needed for the room. Multiple activity stations, extra screens and extensive custom content are additional options.

Yes. Quizzes, visual prompts and discussion rounds can form a seated programme. Share any specific access needs.
Can you write questions about our company?
An approved company round can be added. You provide the source material and a person to review it.
How large should teams be?
Small enough for everyone to hear and contribute. We can suggest groupings for your room and activities.
What does the venue need?
Tables, power and, for some formats, a screen and audio. Tell us what the venue already provides.
Can the session follow a conference?
Yes. Share the preceding schedule and room access times so the programme fits the day.
